Instructions

Enter the amount you would like to give to each fund and place any special instructions in the approporiate box. Please fill out all of the required Giver Information and the Payment Information fields in order for your gift to be ready to submit. Click on the "Submit Gift" button at the bottom after you have double checked all of your information for accuracy . Print a receipt for your records.
