Children's Ministries

Allowing children to meet God on their level is a top priority at Christian L.I.F.E. Church. Children’s ministries exist for ages Newborn through 12 years of age for all services. Our congregation’s heart for children is evidenced by a large staff of over 50 men and women who volunteer on a regular basis for our Sunday morning worship services and Wednesday evening FTH classes. We are committed to being mothers, fathers, sisters, and brothers to all the children in our congregation and believe that we exist to support the efforts of Godly parents to “train up a child in the way he should go.” We believe that the combination of loving leaders, engaging activities, and a creative presentation of God’s Word will turn church into one of your child’s favorite places to be!

SUNDAY SERVICE

Our Sunday morning focus is to provide an energetic, exciting program that will challenge and inspire our children. Our 2 & 3 year-old toddler class and 4 & 5-year old class will truly engage your children. We know that kids love to learn, which is why group play, music, age-appropriate Bible lessons, and special crafts are always on the menu. Our older children begin service with their parents in the sanctuary for a time of praise and worship. Immediately following worship, it’s Children’s Church time! The pastor calls the 6-12 year-olds to the front, and after a short prayer, they are escorted to Transformation Station where they enjoy a program of high-energy activities and awesome Bible lessons designed just for them. Excitement is in the air as God’s truths come to life through video, group activities, and challenging lessons. Music is an important part of Transformation Station as our children’s choir director leads our children in fun, interactive songs that touch the heart of God.

WEDNESDAY FAMILY TRAINING HOUR (F.T.H.)

Boys and Girls enjoy special Bible classes during this hour-long informal time of discipleship every Wednesday evening. Our girls’ clubs incorporate the highly-rated GEMS curriculum. The goal of GEMS is to equip girls to live out loud for God. Our boys’ clubs use the acclaimed Christian Service Brigade curriculum that aims to raise up Godly young men to lead and serve in their families, churches and communities.

Kids involved in the Wednesday night FTH classes at CLC will grow closer to God as they: participate in team building, enjoy cool music, develop important life skills through badge work, learn to apply the Bible to their lives, make creative and fun crafts, and participate in service projects that impact others. CLC’s Wednesday night kids’ classes are divided into two age groups: 6-8 year-olds and 9-12 year-olds. And by the way, the Wednesday night snacks are INCREDIBLE.

NURSERY

While parents enjoy the adult services, they can rest assured that their babies are receiving personal care in a safe and nurturing environment. Our loving volunteers create a positive church experience that introduces infants to a love for Jesus. Nursery for children ages newborn-30 months is available for all services. Wednesday night nursery is for ages newborn-36 months.
